Kate Upton, who was recently announced as the brand ambassador for Copper Fit, is keeping very busy. You probably know her best from her Sports Illustrated Swimsuit, ELLE and Vogue covers or from movies like The Other Woman, but Upton is in the process of building a serious empire beyond modeling and
acting. Just last month she launched Strong4Me Fitness, a 12-week at-home workout program targeting busy women. She’s also expecting her first child with husband Justin Verlander, a pitcher for the Houston Astros. We caught up with the glowing Upton and asked her our quickfire questions.
When it comes to working out… I no longer work out to fit in a certain dress size or hit certain measurements. I work out to feel like my strongest, healthiest and most confident self. After years of trial and error to find the best workout routine, I finally found a sustainable, effective program with my trainer Ben Bruno. In order to share this with women everywhere, I just launched Strong4Me Fitness, which is the workout program that I use on a regular basis. It can be done at home with minimal equipment, obviously dressed in Copper Fit Pro. I hope to share what I’ve learned and also inspire women to become their strongest and most confident selves, too!
